STANLEY Johnson confused Rebekah Vardy’s placenta for polenta during a hilarious Dingo Dollar challenge in tonight’s I’m A Celebrity.
The former Tory MEP had Georgia Toffolo in near hysterics when he made the faux pas.
Stanley’s comment came after the pair were asked to answer questions about their co-stars.
He told Toff: “I’m very much hoping the questions are played to my strengths, philosophy, politics, nature protection…that kind of thing.”
Reading the first question, the Made In Chelsea star said: “Which celebrity ate their placenta days after birth?”
Looking puzzled, Stanley replied: “Are you sure it says placenta and not polenta?”
As Toff cracked up, fans of the show couldn’t hide their amusement at his confusion.
One tweeted: “‘I could watch Stanley Johnson getting polenta and placenta mixed up all day. He's a comedy genius.”
Another said: “How innocent is Stanley though?? "Surely they meant Polenta" when asked which celeb had eaten her placenta.”
While a third wrote: “Which celebrity ate their own placenta?" Do they mean "polenta"? I LOVE STANLEY.”
Stanley and Toff initially got the question wrong, believing the person in question was Shappi Khorsandi.
They eventually worked out it was Rebekah and eventually went on to win the challenge.
Meeting with Kiosk Keith, their fellow campmates then correctly answered the question about Brits punching above their weight and returned with a plate of chocolate brownies.
“I told Jamie I’d cook him some of my placenta but he wasn’t impressed.”
