BILLIE Faiers has defended using an Instagram filter on a picture of her two children.
Earlier this month, the former Towie star shared a snap of her daughter Nellie, three and eight-month-old son Arthur on the social networking site.
However Billie, 27, was accused of airbrushing her babies in the adorable picture by some of her followers.
But now the star has spoken out, insisting people - particularly if they are parents themselves - need to stop being so judgemental.
She told the Daily Mail's Femail: "I just took a photo and put a filter on it with the flash.
"It looked... pure, they're babies they're going to look pure anyway, but it was literally just a filter.
'It was such a nice photo that I wanted to share it and I got a lot more positives than negatives, but there were a few people that were commenting saying I'd edited it.
"It was a filter, in this day and age people use filters all the time."
"I feel like sometimes no matter what you do you can always get criticised.
"Everyone's going to have an opinion and I think when you are putting yourself out there on social media, you've just got to kind of accept it.
"Everyone's got their own way of doing things. I think as mums we should all support each other - because everyone's situations are different - and not be so judgemental."
Billie also spoke about her decision to feature daughter Nellie on TV shows - with her little girl first appearing on Towie as a newborn.
She said: "I think for us we kind of feel like we've got the best home movies ever, so much is there.
"She's now getting used to seeing herself. The other day I was showing her a magazine and there were pictures of her and she's so intrigued it's hilarious."
