TYSON FURY proved his footwork is as good as ever as he tried to dance his way back to fitness.
The former heavyweight champion shared a video of him larking about in the gym as he attempts to shed the pounds.
He captioned the post: "When you think you have moves, but realise that your just a fat mess lol ? who says working out can't be fun."
It comes after he showed off his speed by shadow boxing with some pink foam sticks.
Fury, 29, called out Tony Bellew after David Haye pulled out of the pair's re-match with a bicep injury.
But the fights he really wants are Anthony Joshua, Joseph Parker and Deontay Wilder as he bids to recover his belts.
