THE World Cup is taking the world by storm and EA Sports have jumped on the bandwagon, by announcing World Cup mode on Fifa 18 will be free.
Games fans can experience the excitement and drama of the World Cup and it won't cost them a penny extra.
The additional content will also allow users to play with all teams, regardless of they've actually qualified for the World Cup in Russia.
Those that missed the chance to bag a seat on the plane to Russia can rewrite history by using non-qualified teams such as Italy, Chile or the Netherlands.
It'll be sure to keep footballers and fans alike busy.
Anyone left at home this summer can enjoy the World Cup on a PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, but it will only run for a limited time.
Russia's 12 stadiums will be shown off in all their glory, giving fans the fully immersive World Cup experience.
But chants within the stadiums will only be for the teams that have qualified.
And the 32 teams featuring in the real-life tournament will have their national team banners featured in amongst the high resolution crowds, so users can still be patriotic.

If that's still not enough for fans, they can play the ultimate team experience and build a squad that boasts legendary World Cup icons from the tournament's history.
Just imagine how dominant a squad featuring Ronaldinho, Ronaldo and Griezmann could be.
And when the World Cup is over and the trial mode comes to an end, Fifa fans will only have to wait until September for Fifa 19.
Launching in late September, the next instalment of the popular game will also have the UEFA Champions League, after Pro Evo lost the license.
