CHRIS EUBANK JR has taunted 'novice' George Groves for copying his clothes and barked: 'You want to be me.'
The pair end months of bitter build-up on Saturday night when they clash at the Manchester Arena in the World Boxing Super Series semi-final.
Groves is the older and more experienced of the super-middleweight pair and will put his WBA title on the line against IBO champ Eubank.
But the Brighton man, who shared many rounds of sparring with Groves back in 2011, says the west Londoner is still only a novice when they came to face to face at the final press conference.
Eubank Jr also hit back at Groves' suggestion that he is little more than 'insta-famous' due to his high output on social media.
"You have a belt but I don't rate the guy you beat to win it. You keep saying I'm a gimmick who is insta famous, but If anything, you would love to be me.
“You'd love to have my style. You're even wearing the same suit I was when we had our face off. It's the same colour, same style, you're wearing it today. I appreciate the compliment.

“Sleep with that belt his week, hold it close and enjoy the rest of your time with it because it's coming home with me.
“He's lost before on this stage, he's been definitively beaten by other men - I haven't. His chin has an off button but mine doesn't.
“This is collection season, I'm coming for all the belts. Anyone else holding a belt, watch out. Groves is just the first guy I'm coming for.
“George could sail off into retirement after this and enjoy the money. I'm going to help him buy the boat.”
But despite being made the underdog by the bookmakers, Groves says Saturday's clash with Eubank is not even in his TOP FIVE hardest fights.
He said: “It's not harder than James DeGale, either fight against Carl Froch, Badou Jack or Fedor Chudinov.
“I've been involved in some big fights learnt a lot along the way.
“This for me isn't my biggest fight to date but I feel in the form of my life and the best shape of my career. I'm fully prepared to retain my world title in style.

“There is a lot of hype around the fight which pushes things to a 50-50, people are split down the middle but we know who is going to win. We know what we can do and what we will do.
“Maybe we will leave a few people scratching their heads saying 'why didn't we see that?'
“This comes down to levels and I'm levels above Junior.
“I've sacrificed a lot and been through some terrible times to get to where I am. Desire is everything I've had in abundance.
"I've been at the lowest lows and picked myself up and got back to the top.”
