NATIONS that have lots of sex win more Nobel Prizes, experts claim.
A study found countries whose citizens have raging libidos were more likely to make scientific breakthroughs.
Researchers claim high IQ alone is not enough to produce winners — but greater levels of testosterone are also needed.
The study found the UK, Cyprus and France have more Nobel Prizes per head than academically gifted Japan or China, where people have been shown to have the least amount of sex.
Professor Edward Dutton, an anthropologist from the University of Oulu in Finland, said: “Put simply, no balls, no Nobels.
“The more sex a country has the more scientific geniuses it produces.
“On an individual level, the more sex a person has the more likely they are to make a major breakthrough. Aggression, ambition, single-mindedness are all down to testosterone.”
The Journal of Creative Behavior study involved countries with an average IQ of 90-plus.
